Presenter Bio
Steven Lee is a consultant with Pocket Knife Coffee based in Los Angeles, CA. During his 30 years in the coffee industry, he has worked as a barista, roaster, green buyer, director of coffee, green importer and Chief Operations Officer. Steve has worked and lived in S. Korea and has served as a judge for numerous international coffee competitions in addition to spending two terms on the Roasters Guild Executive Council where he served as the Vice Chair to both the Education and the Events Committees, coordinating and creating educational content for the RG Origin Trips. He is also an occasional painter and writer who contributes coffee-related images, opinions, and musings to publications and podcasts upon request.
