Nicki Amouri is Roastmaster and Head of Coffee and Wholesale Operations for Caffe Amouri in Vienna, VA. She has done two previous talks for the Roast Summit, both with a focus on how changes to the roast curve affect taste. Nicki has been tweaking and improving profiles on her Diedrich for 10 years. While not filling orders, Nicki hangs out with her wife and two kids in Cabin John, Maryland.
