Émilie brings a global perspective to her work in coffee, shaped by a career that has unfolded across countries, cultures, and roles. Originally from North America and now based in Australia, she was drawn to coffee early on as a system that connects science, creativity, and people.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biosciences and has built her career on the importing and trading side of the industry, working across business operations, as an account manager and supporting in trading and market analysis. Alongside her professional work, Émilie has remained deeply engaged in the coffee community, spending several year on the board of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance - Australia Chapter.
For her, coffee is just as much about people and relationships as it is about outcomes — and the best choices come from balancing both. Émilie is part of the Sucafina Australia team, contributing to commercial strategy while staying closely connected to the global coffee landscape.
