Mark is an owner and director at CRA Group which owns Coffee Roasters Australia, CRA Technology and Capsule Pack and has been working in the coffee industry for over 20 years. He has a degree in Business and Marketing, followed by 9 years’ experience with Nestle in various divisions in both Sydney and Melbourne before moving into operating coffee businesses in Queensland from 2009.
Mark is one of the leading coffee roaster trainers in Australia and has been running regular courses since 2010 as well as providing consulting to coffee companies. He has extensive experience with coffee equipment having designed the Phantom Series of Australia made coffee roasters and various plant equipment under the CRA Technology brand that are manufactured at the CRA factory on the Gold Coast QLD. This includes CAD design; development of roasting software control systems; electrical, gas and mechanical systems design and development.
Having experience with coffee at both a corporate and small business level allows Mark to provide valuable assistance and advice to coffee companies.
