Portland Coffee Festival is a one-of-a-kind celebration of coffee that brings together coffee roasters & other business vendors to showcase their products with interactive experiences and educational workshops. Attendees will expand their coffee knowledge, enjoy coffee cuppings and tastings, participate in workshops and engage with experts to gain insights into the craft and science of roasting.

Vendor Booth Package Includes:

4-6’ vendor table with 2 chairs
Two staff passes to the festival
One shared electrical drop (more electrical can be requested on the Vendor Logistic For, additional fees will apply)
Logo and link on website and social media posts
Business name or logo in Roast magazine print ad
Business name in Daily Coffee News preview article
Business name in press releases and media outreach

What are your power requirements?

Each vendor will have a shared standard electrical drop for standard plugs. If you require more power , or a dedicated power source, you must tell us ASAP. Fees will apply for additional power.
