Portland Coffee Festival Vendor Planning Information

 

Congratulations on being a vendor at the inaugural Portland Coffee Festival.

Portland Coffee Festival is a one-of-a-kind celebration of coffee that brings together coffee roasters & other business vendors to showcase their products with interactive experiences and educational workshops. Attendees will expand their coffee knowledge, enjoy coffee cuppings and tastings, participate in workshops and engage with experts to gain insights into the craft and science of roasting.
  
Vendor Booth Package Includes - Table Top numbers/locations will be assigned the week of September 8th

  • (1) 6’ counter height table (42” high x 30” wide), with black table covering

    • Approximate square footage of table top area = 18’

    • You can store boxes under the table, as the table covering will be to the floor

  • Burlap pendant banner with company name 

  • (2) Barstools 

  • Two staff passes to the festival

  • One shared standard electrical drop

  • Logo and link on website and social media posts

  • Business name or logo in Roast magazine print ad

  • Business name in Daily Coffee News preview article

  • Business name in press releases and media outreach

  • Portland Coffee Festival 2025 Vendor logo

  • Logo on event signage

  • Logo on website for up to 60 days post-event
