We cannot have equipment arrive or stay at the venue outside of our contracted dates. Our friends at Portland Roasting have agreed to accept shipments and bring them over to the venue. They will also pick them up at the end of Portland Coffee Festival, and all equipment will be schedule for pickup from there. Please see Shipping Instructions for further details.

Shipping Information *

Once your shipment is scheduled, please email stacy@roastmagazine.com the carrier and tracking information. The outbound shipment must be arranged by you and the BOL must be provided to Stacy prior to your carrier pickup.
