2026 Equipment Specifications & Logistics

Thank you for providing equipment for Roast Summit 2026 in Portland, Oregon, October 1 & 2. This event would not be possible without your generous support, and we truly appreciate your partnership.

We hope to make this event as seamless as possible, please help us in filling out the form below in its entirety.

We cannot have equipment arrive or stay at the event venue outside of our contracted dates. Our friends at Portland Roasting have agreed to accept shipments and bring them to the venue. They will also pick them up at the end of Roast Summit, and all equipment will be scheduled for pickup from Portland Roasting. Please see shipping instructions in your Sponsor Event Packet for further details.
