Coffee Roaster Position

Have you ever wanted to live and work in the forest? Are you looking to supplement your coffee knowledge and roasting techniques?

Mt Hood Roasters is a small, independent roaster (and cafe), located at the base of Mt Hood. We are looking for someone with experience in the coffee industry, who is passionate about great coffee and the art of roasting. This job is physical; applicants must be able to lift up to 50lbs on their own, as well as assist in moving green coffee bags, up to 165 lbs. Basic mechanical understanding is a must.Roasting experience is preferred, but we are also open to someone who wants to learn and grow with our business.
