Coffee farm in Costa Rica—for sale/co-ownership opportunity. Located in an area known as the “Tuscany of Central America,” our 5-acre farm is situated on a beautiful river at 1,300 meters with more than half the land devoted to high-grade arabica. There are multiple home sites and roads, amazing views and swimming holes, and it’s less than an hour to the beach. In addition to coffee, there are a wide variety of fruit and hardwood trees as well as a seasonal spring.

There are several potential options regarding this property, the first being an outright sale, another being a partnership where we co-own the farm in some capacity. Financial verification and a pleasant disposition are required to be considered.
